Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Additional Private Secretary: Candidate should have Graduate from any recognized University and Good Knowledge of Stenography, 100 wpm in English short hand speed and 40 wpm in Hindi.
Assistant Review Officer (ARO): Candidate should have Diploma Degree in Computer Science from a recognized institution / University, or ‘O’ Level Certificate awarded by NIELET/DOEACC Society, or CCC Certificate in Computer Science from recognized institute.
Drivers Grade IV (Group C : Computer Knowledge i.e., Data Entry, Word Processing and Computer Operation and valid Driving License.
Age Limit
- Additional Private Secretary (APS): 21-35 years
- Assistant Review Officer (ARO) : 21-35 years
- Drivers Grade IV (Group C) : 18-35 Years.
Relaxation will be provided to various categories as per government norms.
Application Fee
- For ARO & APS Post, Candidates from General and OBC have to pay ₹ 750/- while the other has to pay ₹ 500/- as the application fee.
- For Driver Post, ₹ 500/- is the application fee for the General and OBC Category applicants, remaining category aspirants have to pay ₹ 300/-.
The candidates may pay their exam application fee through Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Net Banking / E Challan Payment Mode.
Pay Scale
- Additional Private Secretary – Initially the candidate shall be placed in a pay scale of – ₹ 9,300 to ₹ 34,800/- per month.
- Apart from that Grade Pay of – ₹ 4,800.
- Assistant Review Officer – Initially the candidate will be placed in a pay scale of – ₹ 9,300 to ₹ 34,800/- per month.
- Apart from that Grade Pay of – ₹ 4,000.
- Drivers Grade-IV (Group-C, Class-III) – Initially the candidate will be placed in a pay scale of ₹ 5,200 to ₹ 20,200 per month.
- Along with Grade Pay of – ₹ 1,900.
Selection Process
Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of their performance in:
- Written examination
- Computer knowledge test
- Hindi/English stenography test, and
- Technical driving test
