SSC Junior Engineer JE Recruitment 2017 – Eligibility Details
Education Qualification:
- Junior Engineer (Civil), CPWD – Candidates should have the B.E. / B.Tech. / Diploma in Civil Engineering for apply.
- Junior Engineer (Civil), Department of Posts – Candidates should have the B.E. / B.Tech. / 3 years Diploma in Civil Engineering for apply.
- Junior Engineer (Electrical), CPWD – Candidates should have the B.E. / B.Tech. / Diploma in Electrical Engineering for apply.
- Junior Engineer (Electrical), Department of Posts – Candidates should have the B.E. / B.Tech. / 3 years Diploma in Electrical Engineering for apply.
- Junior Engineer (Civil), MES – Candidates should have the B.E. / B.Tech. in Civil Engineering OR 3 years Diploma in Civil Engineering with 2 years work experience in civil engineering works for apply to the Recruitment.
- Junior Engineer (Electrical & Mechanical), MES – Candidates should have the B.E. / B.Tech. in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering OR 3 years Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with 2 years work experience in electrical/mechanical engineering works.
- Junior Engineer (QS&C), MES – Candidates should have the B.E. / B.Tech. / 3 years Diploma in Civil engineering from a recognised University/Institute OR Passed Intermediate examination in Building and Quantity Surveying (Sub Divisional-II) from the Institute of Surveyors (India).
- Junior Engineer (Civil & Mechanical), Central Water Commission – Candidates should have the B.E. / B.Tech. / Diploma in Civil/Mechanical Engineering for apply. to the JE Recruitment 2017.
Age Limit
- Junior Engineer of Civil, Electrical & Mechanical post’s in Central Water Commission and CPWD department – Up to 32 years.
- Junior Engineer of Civil & Electrical post’s of Surveying and Contract, MES – 18 to 27 years.
- Junior Engineer of Civil, Electrical & Mechanical post’s of MES – Up to 30 years.

- Level- 6 (Rs.35400-112400/-) of pay matrix of 7th CPC
SSC Junior Engineer Recruitment 2017 – Application Fee
- Rs. 100/- via online only
- Candidate may note that only online application will be accepted at http://ssconline.nic.in
- Fee paid in respect of online applications through SBI Challan / Net banking and any credit and debit cards will be accepted

SSC Junior Engineer Recruitment 2017 – How to apply
- On-line application will be available w.e.f. 21-10-2017 to 17-11-2017 (upto 5.00 PM).
- To apply for the examination, candidates are required to register themselves on http://ssconline.nic.in Candidates may register once and can apply for any Recruitment Examinations advertised by SSC.
- The Registration facility is available to the candidates throughout the year on website http://ssconline.nic.in
- Candidate should provide all the required details while filling up the Online Registration / Application Forms. Mandatory fields are marked with* (asterisk) sign.
- On submission of the Registration Form, a page with Registration ID and password will appear. Note down the Registration ID and Password and keep them safely. This would be your permanent Registration ID & Password which would be required to apply for Selection Posts as well as for any other Recruitment Examination of the Commission.
- After completion of the Registration Part the candidates should proceed to fill up the Online Application Form.
- The facility of online application (including payment of fees through SBI net banking / Credit or debit cards of any banks) will be available from 21-10-2017 to 17-11- 2017 (upto 5.00 PM). However, candidates who wish to make the payment through challan of SBI, may make the payment to designated branches of SBI within the working hours of bank up to 20.11.2017 provided the challan has been generated by them before 5.00 PM of 17.11.2017.
- To pay fee in cash, candidates should take print-out of the challan generated online after completion of Application Part and deposit the requisite fee in designated branch of State Bank of India and then continue within the stipulated date and time.
