Nuclear Power Corporation Of India Ltd is a state-owned corporation of India headquartered in Mumbai, Maharastra. NPCIL is a public sector undertaking wholly owned by the Government of India. NPCIL is administered by the Department of Atomic Energy (DAE). The main responsibility of NPCIL is the generation of nuclear power for electricity.

Nuclear Power Corporation of India Ltd. was established in September 1987. The main objective of establishing NPCIL was undertaking the Selection, Design, Construction, Commissioning, Operation, Maintenance, Renovation, Modernization & Up-gradation, Plant Life Extension, Waste Management and Decommissioning of Nuclear Reactors in India under one roof.

The NPCIL was incorporated with the mission of making India a self-sufficient and independent nation in terms of energy requirements. Educational Qualification

Dy. Manager (Human Resource) 

a) Graduation in any discipline with not less than 60% marks, plus b) Two years full time MBA or equivalent, with specialization in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations, from IIMs/XLRI/XISS/XIM or MA (Personnel Management & Industrial Relations) from TISS or an equivalent Post Graduate Degree/Diploma from a recognized University/AICTE approved Institute, with not less than 60% marks in Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in aggregate.

Dy. Manager (Finance & Accounts) 

a) Graduation in any discipline with not less than 60% marks, plus b) CA/ICWA with pass class OR Two years full time MBA or equivalent with specialisation in Finance from a recognised University / AICTE approved Institute, with not less than 60% marks in the Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in aggregate.

Dy. Manager (Contracts & Materials Management) 

a) Graduation in Engineering in any of the branches; plus b) Full time MBA preferably in Materials Management/Inventory Control with not less than 60% marks from a recognized University/AICTE approved Institution. Note : Engineering Graduates with Post Graduate qualification as above will be considered for grant of advance increments by Selection Committee, subject to a maximum of 5 increments, based on performance, at the recruitment stage

Dy. Manager (Legal) 

Full time degree in Law (Professional) with not less than 60% marks in aggregate from a University recognised by the Bar Council of India. Candidate should be registered with the concerned Bar council of the State or Bar Council of India and other statutory bodies. Experience : Should have 3 years post qualification practical experience at Bar and/or in any reputed Organisation as an Officer having adequate exposure to Company/Civil/Labour Laws. Candidates should possess excellent communication and drafting skills and have the capacity and capability to handle and deal with legal problems and cases independently

Jr. Hindi Translator 

  • Master Degree of a recognized University in Hindi/English, with English/Hindi as a main subject at Degree level (OR)
  • Master’s Degree of a recognized University in any subject with Hindi & English as main subjects at degree level. (OR) Master’s Degree of a recognized University in any subject with Hindi/English medium and English/Hindi as a main subject at degree level. (OR)
  • Master’s Degree in Hindi/English or in any other subject with Hindi/English medium, with English/Hindi as main subject or a medium of examination at degree level. (OR)
  • Bachelor’s Degree with Hindi and English as main subjects or either of the two as a medium of examination and the other as main subject + Recognized Diploma/Certificate coursein translation from Hindi to English and vice versa or two years experience of translation work from Hindi to English and vice versa in Central Government/State Government offices including Government of India Undertaking.

Age Limit

Deputy Manager (HR/F&A/C&MM/Legal): 30 years

Junior Hindi Translator: 28 years

The Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST; 3 years for OBC, 10 Years for Persons with Disabilities (15 years for SC/ST PWD’s & 13 years for OBC PWD’s) and for Ex-S as per Govt. of India rules. Candidates Relaxation in Upper Age limit will be provided as per Govt. Rules.

(i) Stage I – Written/Online Test (ii) Stage II – Personal Interview

Junior Hindi Translator 

Stage 1 – Preliminary Test & Stage 2 – Advanced Test

Pay Scale

Deputy Manager (HR/ F&A/ C&MM/ Legal): Level 10: DA @ 9% of Pay (As on 01.07.2018): ₹ 56,100: ₹ 5,049

Junior Hindi Translator: Level 06: ₹ 35,400: DA @ 9% of Pay (As on 01.07.2018): ₹ 3,186

  • Go to “Careers” & Select the desired post.
  • Read the information carefully & Click on “Apply Online”.

  • Complete the Registration & Click on “Submit”.
  • After Registration, Log in with Registered Number & Password.
  • Fill the all details in the application & upload Photo, Signature.
  • Application fee should be paid through Online & then Submit the Form.
