Qualification & Experience Details:

General Manager (Finance)

Educational Qualification: Chartered Accountant (or) Cost Accountant

Experience:

  • Applicants Should have minimum 29 years of post qualification experience in reputed industrial organizations as on 01/11/2017.
  • Should have worked as head of finance functions in a reputed public company for a minimum period of 3 years

Deputy General Manager (Finance)

Educational Qualification: Chartered Accountant (or) Cost Accountant

Experience:

  • Applicants Should have minimum 26 years of post qualification experience in reputed industrial organizations as on 01/11/2017..
  • Should have worked as head of finance functions in a reputed public company for a minimum period of 3 years

Deputy General Manager (Paper) / Assistant General Manager (Paper)

Educational Qualfication: First class Full time B.E. / B.Tech in Chemical Engineering / Chemical Technology / Pulp & Paper Technology. (or) Full time Arts / Science Degree with First class Full time PG Diploma in Pulp and Paper Technology.

Experience:

DGM (Paper): Should have minimum 26 years of post qualification experience as on 01/11/2017.

AGM (Paper): Should have minimum 23 years of post qualification experience as on 01/11/2017.

Deputy General Manager (R&D) / Assistant General Manager (R&D)

Educational Qualification: Should possess 3 years full time First Class B.Sc (Chemistry) Degree and 2 years full time First Class M.Sc (Chemistry). M.Phil and / or Ph.D from any recognized University is preferred.

Experience:

DGM (R&D): Minimum 26 years of post qualification experience as on 01/11/2017 in Research & Development, Process Control, Product Development and Quality Control functions in large integrated Pulp & Paper Mill (or) in a Research Institute / University in the areas related to Pulp & Paper Technology.

AGM (R&D): Minimum 23 years of post qualification experience as on 01/11/2017 in Research & Development, Process Control, Product Development and Quality Control functions in large integrated Pulp & Paper Mill (or) in a Research Institute / University in the areas related to Pulp & Paper Technology.

Deputy General Manager (Marketing) / Assistant General Manager (Marketing)

Educational Qualification: First class full time Engineering Degree with First class MBA (Marketing) / First Class PG Diploma in Marketing Management. (or) First Class Full time Degree in Arts / Science / Commerce with First Class MBA (Marketing) / First Class PG Diploma in Marketing Management. (or) First class Full time MBA (Marketing)

Experience:

DGM (Marketing): Minimum 26 years of post qualification experience as on 01/11/2017 in Marketing and/or Logistics / Godown Operations in large continuous process industry.

AGM (Marketing): Minimum 23 years of post qualification experience as on 01/11/2017 in Marketing and/or Logistics / Godown Operations in large continuous process industry

Senior Manager (Board Production) / Manager (Board Production)

Educational Qualification:

First class full time BE / B.Tech in Chemical Engineering / Chemical Technology / Pulp & Paper Technology. (or)

Full time Arts / Science Degree with First class full time PG Diploma in Pulp and Paper Technology. (or)

First class Full time Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Pulp and Paper Science / Technology. (or)

First class Full time B.Tech (Cellulose Technology) (or) First class Full time M.Sc. (Pulp and Paper) / M.Sc. (Cellulose & Paper Technology).

Experience:

Senior Manager (Board Production): Should have minimum 19 years of post qualification experience as on 01/10/2017.

Manager (Board Production): Should have minimum 17 years of post qualification experience as on 01/10/2017

Manager (Marketing) / Deputy Manager (Marketing)/ Officer (Marketing)

Educational Qualification:

First class full time Engineering Degree with First class MBA (Marketing) / First Class PG Diploma in Marketing Management. (or)

First Class Full time Degree in Arts / Science / Commerce with First Class MBA (Marketing) / First Class PG Diploma in Marketing Management. (or)
