District Court, Shivamogga (Karnataka) has invited online application form for the recruitment of posts is Peon, Stenographer, Typist, Typist-Copyist and Process Server. As per Shimoga District E-Court job notification, totally 46 vacancies are allotted for above said court jobs. Candidates who are looking court jobs in Karnataka state, they can use this opportunity. Eligible aspirants may apply for Shivamogga District Court recruitment 2019 through online mode on or before the last date of 18th January 2019. Candidates must have passed in 10th class or 12th class or graduate degree or its related qualification from any recognized schools/ colleges. Candidates should have attained the prescribed age limitations and age relaxations. Shivamogga District Court selection method will be based on through examination/ skill test and followed by interview. Make the application fee payment via online mode and candidates belongs to SC/ ST/ CAT-I & Physically Challenged are exempted from the payment of fee. Submit online application form between 18th December 2018 to 18th January 2019. Educational Qualification
Stenographer: Passed S.S.L.C. or equivalent examination, Senior Grade Shorthand and Typewriting examinations both in Kannada and English language
Typist: Passed S.S.L.C. or equivalent examination, Senior Grade Typewriting examinations both in Kannada and English language
Typist- Copyist: Passed S.S.L.C. or equivalent examination, Junior Grade Typewriting examinations both in Kannada and English language
Process Server: Passed S.S.L.C. or equivalent examination conducted by the Department of Public Instructions or equivalent examination.
Peon: Passed 7th Standard Examination and entering marks in the application is mandatory.
Age Limit (As on 18.01.2019)
- General Merit: 18 to 35 Years
- Cat-2A,Cat-2B,Cat-3A,Cat-3B Candidates: 18 to 38 Years
- SC/ST & Cat-I Candidates: 18 to 40 Years
Salary Details
- Stenographer: ₹ 27,650-52,650/-
- Typist/Typist-Copyist: ₹ 21,400-42,000/-
- Process Server: ₹ 19,950-37,900/-
- Peon: ₹ 17,000-28,950/-
Selection Process
The selection process of all posts will be based on Written Examination, Shorthand Test, Typing Test & Viva-voce.
Application Fee
- For General Merit: ₹ 300/-
- Cat IIA/IIB/IIIA/IIIB candidates: ₹ 150/-
No fee for SC/ST/Cat-I candidates
Mode of Payment: Fee Online mode through Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking or Pay Offline Through E Challan (SBI Bank).

- Before applying to Online Applicants have valid email & Scanned copies of photo, signature.
- Candidates log on to http://recruitmenthck.kar.nic.in/district/shm/tcp/home.php.
- Click on “Online Application”.
- Read the information carefully & Click on “Apply”.
- Complete the Registration & Click on “Submit”.
- After Registration, Log in with Registered Number & Password.
- Fill the all details in the application & upload Photo, Signature.
- Application fee should be paid through Online & then Submit the Form.
- Take a print out of Online application for future use.
Important Dates
Starting date for online submission of applications – 17.12.2018
To register/submit online applications on or before – 18.01.2019.
Online payment of fee through Net Banking / Credit / Debit and also Generation of Challan on –18.01.2019.
To remit challan form to SBI BANK on – 19.01.2019
