Food Corporation of India well known as FCI has released out a notification with an Advt. No. 01/2019 – FCI Category III for filling up 4103 vacancies namely Junior Engineer, Steno, Assistants. The hired contenders are appointed to work in FCI Depots and Offices spread all over the India. In Northern Zone, South Zone, NE Zone, East & West Zones the positions will be filled. Food Corporation of India recruitment apply online link and notification is available in official website. FCI will conduct online test & skill test for selection of suitable candidates. After that selected candidates will be appointed anywhere in India. Applicants must have possessed Engineering/ Graduate/ B.Sc./ PG degree from recognized university. Aspirant’s maximum age limit should be between 25 to 28 years. Candidates should submit online application only. Contenders have to pay requisite fee and make the payment through online mode only.

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Junior Engineer (Civil Engineering) – Degree in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering with one year experience.
Junior Engineer (Electrical Mechanical Engineering) – Degree in Electrical Engineering Or Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Electrical Engineering Or Mechanical Engineering with one year experience in the case of Diploma holders only.
Steno Grade-II – Graduate along with O‘ level qualification of DOEACC and speed of 40 w.p.m. and 80 w.p.m. in typing and shorthand respectively or Degree in Computer Science/ Computer Application with speed of 40 w.p.m. and 80 w.p.m. in typing and shorthand respectively.
Assistant Grade -II (Hindi) – A degree of a recognized University with Hindi as the main subject. Proficiency in English. One year experience of translation from English to Hindi and vice-versa.
Typist (Hindi) – Graduation or equivalent. 30 W.P.M speed in Hindi Typing.
Assistant Grade III – Graduate Degree in any discipline from a recognized University with proficiency in the use of computers.
Assistant Grade -III (Accounts) – Bachelor of Commerce from a recognized University with proficiency in the use of computers.
Assistant Grade III (Technical) – B.Sc. in Agriculture from a recognized University. Or B. Sc. with any of the following subjects from a recognized University: Botany / Zoology / Bio-Technology / Bio-Chemistry / Microbiology / Food Science. Or B. Tech / BE in Food Science / Food Science and Technology / Agricultural Engineering / Bio-Technology from a recognized University / an institution approved by AICTE.
Assistant Grade III (Depot) – Graduate Degree in any discipline from a recognized University with proficiency in the use of computers.
Age Limit
Upper age limit for JE post is 28 years, Steno & Typist is 25 years, Assistant Grade II is 28 years and Assistant Grade-III is 27 years. Contenders having age as mentioned above can apply for Latest FCI Jobs.
Salary Details
- Selected candidates as JE will get pay between ₹ 11,100-29,950/-
- Contenders going to work as Steno & AG-II will have pay of ₹ 9,900-25,530/-
- Hired contenders for remaining positions will get pay of ₹ 9300-22,940/-
Selection Process
Candidates have to attend ONLINE TEST to be selected. The test comprises of Phase I and Phase II.
Phase I is for 100 marks and Phase II consists of 4 papers. Go through the PDF to know paper wise marks. Contenders who qualifies in online test will have Skill test and Document verification further.
Application Fee
₹ 500/- {Excluding bank charges but including GST by using Debit Cards (RuPay/Visa/MasterCard/Maestro), Credit Cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/ Mobile Wallets, UPI by providing information as asked on the screen.
