• Scientist (S01) – Ph.D (submitted) in Chemistry/ Chemical Science
• Scientist (S02) – Ph.D (submitted) in Polymer Chemistry/ Polymer Science
• Scientist (S03) – Ph.D (submitted) in Metallurgy/ Materials Science
• Scientist (S04) – Ph.D (submitted) in Physics / Chemistry
• Scientist (S05) – Ph.D (submitted) in Marine biology / Marine chemistry
• Scientist (S06) – Ph.D (submitted) in Physics/Chemistry/ Materials Science
• Scientist (S07) – Ph.D (submitted) in Chemistry/ Electrochemistry
• Senior Principal (S08) – Ph.D. in Chemistry/ Materials Science/ Physics with Post doctoral experience of minimum 6 years in the area of materials research.
• Scientist (S09)-a – Ph.D (submitted) in Chemistry/Electrochemistry (or) M.E/M.Tech in Chemical/Electrochemical Engineering.

• Scientist (S11) – Ph.D (submitted) in Environmental Engineering/ Chemical engineering
• Senior Scientist (S12) – B.E/B.Tech (Chemical/Mechanical Engg.) /M.Sc Chemistry and 2 years of regular MBA with specialization in Human Resource Development/Project Planning and having 3 years of experience in R&D planning and management
• Senior Scientist (S13) – B.E/B.Tech (Chemical/Mechanical Engg.) /M.Sc Chemistry and 2 years of regular MBA with specialization in Marketing Management or post graduate degree in Intellectual Property Law and having 3 years of experience in marketing of technologies/Intellectual Property Law.
• Technical Assistant (TA01) – 1st class Diploma in Electronics &Communication or Electronics and instrumentation Engineering/Tech. of atleast 3 years full time duration or atleast 2 years full time duration in case of lateral admission in Diploma courses or its equivalent with experience of 2 years in the relevant area/field.
• Technical Assistant (TA02) – 1st class Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Tech. of atleast 3 years full time duration or atleast 2 years full time duration in case of lateral admission in Diploma courses or its equivalent with experience of 2 years in the relevant area/field.
• Technical Assistant (TA03) – 1st class Diploma in Civil Engineering/Tech. of at least 3 years full time duration or at least 2 years full time duration in case of lateral admission in Diploma courses or its equivalent with experience of 2 years in the relevant area/field.
• Technical Assistant (TA04) – First class Diploma in Computer Science Engineering/Tech. of at least 3 years full time duration or at least 2 years full time duration in case of lateral admission in Diploma courses or its equivalent with experience of 02 years in the relevant area/field

• Female Medical Office (FMO) – MBBS with 55% marks
